HEWI London Returns Policy
Returning an item:
If you would like to return an item you have ordered, it will depend on whether the individual seller accepts returns.
If you bought a VIP item (an item directly from HEWI's VIP service) or an item from a private seller who accepts returns, you may return the item within 14 days from the delivery date. The postage will be at your personal cost, unless the item is not as listed i.e. a defect that was not stated, or a different item to the one purchased. For all returns, a standard £15 HEWI handling charge is applied as we have to facilitate both buyer and seller's needs.
If the item was purchased from a non-professional seller who does not accept returns, they are not obligated to accept a return. The exception to this is if the item is not as listed, i.e. a defect that was not stated, or a different item to the one purchased. Alternatively, you can re-sell your item within ten days at a lowered commission rate of 10%.
We would advise you to contact the seller prior to purchase to ask any further questions you may have. The seller's return policy is on each item page.
How to make a return:
1)Contact the seller to inform them of the discrepancies/your reason for a return.
2)Kindly contact admin to inform us that you would like to make a return, so we can hold your payment safely.
3)Return the item via a tracked service and you will be refunded when the seller has received the item.
Buyers must email with any questions before purchasing an item.
All items are listed as accurately as possible on hardlyeverwornit.com.
All hats, underwear and swimwear items are strictly non-refundable.
Please ask the seller for detailed guidance on size if required prior to purchase.
Returns will be permitted if an item has been incorrectly described, presents unsatisfactory quality or is not fit for purpose.
Items are considered incorrectly listed within the bounds of good sense (i.e. if the presence of three scratches is mentioned in the listing and there turns out to be a minor fourth, return will not be permitted) The return postage costs will be covered by the buyer, unless the item has been incorrectly listed or an agreement has been made with the seller.
Buyers have 14 days from the shipping date, to apply for a return authorisation. If no application is made, the seller will be paid after 14 days.
In the event of any dispute, or goods being damaged, please notify us/your seller before returning an item.
Details of where to send the item will be given. Upon receipt of the item, in the same condition as it was sent, hardlyeverwornit.com will refund the buyer in the manner the payment was made.
In keeping with the high standards on hewilondon.com, the item must be returned unworn, unused, and not damaged in any way. If it is suspected that a buyer has used or worn an item, then the refund may be refused and the item returned to the buyer.
All items must be suitably packaged and in the exact condition in which they were sent.
We advise Items for return to be sent by recorded delivery, or the equivalent in your country, and records should be kept of the shipping/postage date, and tracking followed.
Items should be returned within 14 days.
Sellers cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post, so hardlyeverwornit.com recommends insuring packages.
In the event of a non-genuine, item being listed, with an intent to sell as genuine, feedback should be given to hewilondon.com and the seller will be blocked from listing further items.
If you need help, please notify us in writing so we have documentation, and we'll do our best to resolve any issues or disputes.
We will contact the seller for you, and ask them to solve any problems promptly.

Hewi London does not accept any liability with regards to individual terms made between buyer and Individual Sellers. Individual sellers are considered members who are selling their personal items i.e peer to peer sales.
