While the retreat certainly shouldn’t be about what you’re wearing - its important to go prepared so you can get the most out your stay and make sure you don’t miss out on anything you’d like to do.
Your days are going to be spent sitting cross legged meditating, flowing through yoga poses, in the outdoors hiking, working up a sweat in the gym as well as steaming, eating, and lounging around - you'll need to pack accordingly.
