Description
These trousers have a tie back and can either be worn at the waist or on the hip.
I have cut out the coat-hanger hoops as they got in the way. But then, I never wore them!
Measurements:
Waist/Hip - Hem: 76cm
They come to the middle of the calf on me (5''6")
